The food part is bogus, people eat..no mater where they are. I'd also go so far as to say the same for part of the waste disposal, sewage would be no different than that generated in the homes of the fans, players and staff. Packaging might actually be less as the vendors buy in very large bulk quantities which would have less packaging than the individual food "units" most would have used at home. Just how much less would be a guess on my part.
