Sorry for the delay, we didn't see your posting on the board until TomW pointed it out to us today. You should
immediately contact our shipping office via email, phone or both. If you paid $15.00 in shipping & handling, there should be no COD charges....it's an error by either our shipping department or the US or Canadian Post Offices.

International shipping is very expensive (and includes lots of paperwork to fill out) and varies wildly, and our shopping cart simply tries to make the best guess as to the shipping cost. With all but the smallest orders, we also have to include heavy and expensive steel box liners to comply with postal regulations, that's why there's a handling charge.
In any case, the $9.09 looks like the actual shipping cost (which we'll refund to you, since you had to pay it twice). We'd lose money if we could ship it for $7.50....and we've seen charges on international orders get to over $400--so better check the fine print on "anywhere in the world for $10".
