Mosfet marking
« on: April 22, 2005, 09:09:31 PM »
I've got a board with blown fets and trying to find the exact replacements.

The numbers marked on them are not standard so I thought if I could narrow it down to the maker I might be able to match it.

I have seen this marking before but can't place it.

I've looked at many logo sites on the web but still no luck.

So...being the international board that this is...I thought I would ask for help.

I drew a representation of what's marked.

Thanks much

Give a good description of the ckt where the Fet is and maybe I can give you an equivalent even with higher capability.

Do give the Fet dimensions

Thanks a bunch anchor1.

Took a quick look at their site but didn't have time to research. Typed in the elusive numbers but got no match. Will try to email them.

Are you a boater?

Thanks again
