hi pic sory about the delay. have been out of the country for a couple of weeks. i just sent off an email to you regarding the cells. one sure way of not getting scammed on paypal is to check that the address line  starts https://paypal. this means it is a secure site. NEVER NEVER reply to any requests for your details from an email and ALWAYS type in the address or  click on paypal from a search engine making sure it has https as the start of the address. if in doubt sent the suspect email to paypals fraud dept,address on there website. if you do this you should be ok. quite often scam sites get the spelling or grammer wrong. if it sounds fishy it probably is.
