Top of the hour bug

The top of the hour bug seems to be back, at least for me. Anyone else?

Every hour at the top of the hour, I could never get on the board for about 10-20 minutes. The ADMIN finally solved the problem and I have had no problem since then

I would have replied to your comment yesterday, but it was 11:00.

...and I got the same error, too.  I could read some posts, but couldn't reply.

I'm on dail-up at home with IE 6.
