Wind turbine syndrome?

A doctor and his staff have asked for a one year hold on commercial turbine installation in Maine so he can study the problem.

Sounds to me like he just wants some grant money.

yeah i have wind turbine syndrome to but my symptoms are different

*Lack of sleep do to having to watch the amp meter

*Severe headaches from explaining to my wife the need for more magnet money

*Noise from the door opening and closing as i look out to see if it is still spinning

*lack of attention to daily life all my time is spent planning the perfect turbine

etc etc etc

But seriously i live in Maine and would like to go slap these people. Cant we build a big old coal plant in there back yard? or maybe a rifle range? All the little towns around here are putting moratoriums on wind and making all these dumb rules for example i had a selectmen tell me the other day they are going to require the fall zone plus 25% t be fenced with at least 8ft chain link and locked for safety WTF?
