Hey, I really like their method to shape the mold.  I think the same concept should should be usable to shape a mold from a block of foam, too.

I like their methods

to build the mold, too.

I've actually recommended

just the same method

on my own web pages.


There was as well an article

in the 'Home Power' magazine

about the same method.

  I think plaster is the best material the small forms can be moved and even mounted on

plywood  . paint the form to keep it and reuse it

Can somebody explain why it goes from being round to square?


  am i missing something?


 Is it two seperate devices? if so, how does the first (black) one work? (what is the attachment on the face?)


 I am actually trying to do some solar collection experiments (like my wind experiments) to get a better hands-on perpective.
