I purchased Diamond Tipped Scriber, I tested it today, it works nice to cut the cells any size and geometery. I also found a company that sells even cheaper ones, the link is below. The one I bought was from ebay at cost me $16 , I have not tested the companys diamond tipped scriber below, if you buy one let me know how it works for you.
