I would like to find a quality 12v 30watt panel for around $100

Am I hoping for too much? I was going to build my own panel from cells but after researching I figure it is probably cheaper int he long run to go with a prebuilt panel. I need a minimum of 30 watts but I do not want to buy crap that will degrade quickly or break down over a short time. Does anyone have any advice?
