That works out to $.22/lb if they sell at $800 for the lot. Current scrap price is about half that so it would be pretty hard to go wrong. Hopefully they would be the last batteries you would ever need because a 48 volt string would weigh 7.2 tons. Clifford bought some smaller versions of these same batteries from me and I havn't heard how they are working out but they sure looked nice.
