How to interconnect multiple batteries

That site is an interesting read. It goes through battery balancing when using them in parallel and how to do it practically.

 I found that an interesting read, but how often are you connecting batteries in parallel like that? For me it would have to be that each battery represents a 24 volt bank of four six volt batteries hooked up in series, or the equivalent.
