Flapping and passive pitch control.

Hi..


Can anyone send me some reference about passive pitching and flapping control of small wind turbines for their power control? Any paper / article would be nice. I tried to find some in google but there is no good information about this issue.

I am not completely sure what you are talking about (flapping?).  The only small turbine I have seen with passive pitch controlling is the EOLTEC line of turbines, which uses  centerfugal overspeed protection.
