Hello, new here. I have an idea for a new type of VAWT. I've tried to build it myself, but I have a lack of tools. I want to know if someone could look at my idea and tell me if it wouldn't work, or isn't a good idea. Sorry if I posted this twice cause I didn't look like it took the first time.
