automatic power

Has anyone set up a windmill to automatically start and shut down as the battery bank needs to be recharged.

i think that most of the designs presented in this board can act as u mentioned.....i guess that by putting a very low resistance as a dump load, (attached to the shunt regulator) the wind genny will have a problem with even starting...


anyone plz correct me if i'm wrong..
