Building blades out of fiberglass.

 I'm working on building a plug out of wood to make a mold for building 8-10ft blades out of fiberglass.

Have any of you tried this before or does anyone have any ideas of what kind of structure one would need

inside of the blade? I reckon if I can make a good plug/good molds it would be a whole lot easier and

cheaper to build FGL blades than wood with the added bonus of getting identicle blades. I was also

 wondering if there was anyone out there who sells good FGL blades where a guy can just buy 1 blade in

the 8-10ft range? I am not exactly a design genius, I'm more or less just a farmer.

jacquesm has an interesting project going on in his diary, he's got a machine to carve the blades out of styrofoam.  Check out his diary entries on it here:
