looks like you might need a little more angle on your tail mount..

the more right angle the more the tail will rise up--thats how it furls-by forcing

the tail up[back pressure from blades]the less angle-will mean a early furl..

well thats my opinon--

The pics come across on my screen just fine, and the right size, but are the slowest loading pics I have ever downloaded(3 to 4 mins/pic).  Very neat work on the coil structure assembly. I just hope the steel blue magnet disc is thicker than it looks - both discs need to be at least 1/4 inch thick to provide sufficiently low magnetic resistance for the neos. (Check for magnetic attraction on the back side - if there is any, the disc is too thin.)                      K3CZ

Mine is 1280 X 1024. Still way big.

But it looks good.

Are the output wires outdoor rated?  Kind of looks like regular wire. My concern would be for the insulation degrading in the sun light. Something over the wire may protect it.

Yeah, I have DSL and still the pics took ages to load. I use Mozilla though and it automatically resized them to fit on the the screen. Definately try using a lower quality setting on your digital camera. Or you could use a program to resize them before you post them.

Cheers,

Stephen.

Looks like a nice job!

I too have DSL

and those pics are huge. 2304 x 1728  Pixels

11.39  MB each.

Best free software for that is Irfanview Crop Resize etc.
