Working in the Congo

I'm a metals teacher in a vocational high school in Kananga, DR Congo. I'd like to build a wind generator and need plans for an approximately 1M dia blade system. Internet access is very expensive here and I hope that you can point me to some good plans that I can download. I'll be happy to share photos as we progress.  Thanks in advance. Jim
