I've got a 12" or 14" v-belt pulley hub that is in need to have lexan blades attached.
These bagel-bin lids were binned by local yuppie grocery store, and are the toughest least scratchable plastic glazing I've ever seen. I can only flex it 1/2 inch or so warping it over my knee trying to snap it like kindling...
12" wide X 16" long & 1/4" thick. I've got a dozen of them - even at shortest dimension of 12" extending beyond the 14" pulley rim that's still a 38" blade and probably the biggest I can do in the city. I'd like to put 8 blades on the hub if they are thin and 4 if wide...
the black, green, and red angles in above pictures are my favorites so far...
