Im not an expert here but my guess is they look like Hornet blades.  Do a search on this board on Hornet blades and hornet wind turbines.  I think there has been a reasonable amount written about them.  Some good, some not so good.

They are hornets!

I just got a set but have not run them yet.

I don't think they will produce much power, good for the smaller Ametek gens.
