Rpm of Whisper 100

 I'm wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with Whisper wind generators?. I'm wondering what rpm do they run at? They say 900 watts at 28 mph but I'm wondering how fast they are going? And they start producing at 7 mph but How many watts and at what speed?. Also what are their downfalls or shortcomings? if they have any. Cant find much info at their site. Thanks

I have been wondering the same thing about a Whisper 80.  A local solar energy sales place has had one up and running for a couple of years at their store (very rural area) and it seems to run pretty fast, and nice.
