Output of this servo motor?

How much wattage could I expect to get out of this motor?  What size prop would it need to reach maximum output in 10mph average wind speed, and how many blades would you recommend?

I see it also has a 24volt brake on it...that might be useful.

I assume I would need to remove/disable/ignor the encoder?

I noticed that too.

I was thinking of going $5 more for the bigger ones (300w).

Ignore the encoder.

The brake may need removed or disabled.
