Found a reel of 24swg magnet in an old workshop (free) I'm wanting to make a small savonius rotor ( living in a city i cannot put up a tower ) wanting to mount on the end of my garage . Using 8 25mm X 5mm round neodynium magnets and 6 coils. ( may build a dual rotor using 16 magnets)
Can someone suggest the number of turns in my coils I need to charge 12 volt batteries
