I am about to start making one set of Hugh's four foot blades, and two sets of his two foot blades in the next week or so. It's quite easy with the right tools and I can manage one well finished blade per day.
Your request is interesting, but how would you want the mounting ends (the root) to be finished? Would you want them to be square ended as per the original wood blank, or, cut to 120 degrees so that they fit together ready for mounting on a hub unit?
Do you have any preference for the type of wood to be used? Other caveats with buying pre built blades are they should be cut from the same plank of a tree, not three different trees, otherwise the wood mass will be different as will be the weights, which all affect final balancing. Should they be bare wood finished or paint finished, if the latter, colour required?
You may find it quicker and easier to manufacture your own given the points mentioned above.
