Windmill from 12 volt Drill

Hi to all i have a new idea what do you mean to make a wind mill from a 12 volt drill.i have a small video and foto.

speed il try it at the first speed at the 8 speed i turnit whith me hands it was hard. Thanks for reding any sugestion and help will bee apreciated.

It's not a new idea.....biggest problem it's

gear driven....small motor won't last very long

Can you imagine using a drill every time the wind

blew? even a couple of hours at a time even 25%

duty cycle 24/7 ?

One time the plant manager replaced the buffer

motors on a conveyor line with 1/2 drills, they

ran 8hrs on day shift, about 3 days later we

watched them burn out one by one over the next

couple of days...they were quickly replaced with

new ones....the next week they put in the regular

motors with direct drive.
