Adding a filler like talc, ATH or microspheres (or all three) will toughen up the resin at the coldest extremes. Also adding some chopped fine glass or kevlar strands might help if the copper shrinkage exceeds the resins' contractions or the uneven expansion from coil heating.
Super-cold will affect bearing adjustment and lubrication - your local snowmobile crowd may have good insight on trailer hubs at those obscene temperatures!
