Problem with bronay controller

I have a Bornay inclin 1500 Neo wind generator, I have a grid tie battery back up.  We are having problems with our controller supplyed by bronay sending power back to the grid, it seems to use the dump load and not want to send power back to the grid.  Any information would be welcome.
