Can't find the post.

Last week I saw that someone had built a charge indicator with red yellow and green LED's. It was based on a specific chip and I forgot to bookmark the post. Now I can't find it anywhere. I would like to build a simmilar unit to mount directly on my mill to see charge at-a-glance so to speak.
