portable intertie inverter
« on: February 20, 2005, 07:10:39 PM »
Hi there, a year or two ago I saw an ad for a portable intertie inverter. Small unit that plugged into an electrical outlet and fed the grid through the existing wiring. Does anyone have any experience with this type of inverter? I guess I am looking for an inexpensive way to feed some power back to the grid without using batteries and without  changing wiring in a rental property.

PS ED Lenz - I got your message, got my hub and spindle machined up. The boat is progressing, but don't start packing just yet - I'll let you know. For some reason my emails to you get delayed, then rejected.

Hello,

You are probably looking for mastervolt solar's soladin 120

It's a small inverter which connects to a solar panel, and dumps all energy to the grid.
