Remote controlling the lights

Hello,

I saw few days ago a $60 kit that allows you to remote control a relay using a car remote control.

I think that relay can turn on/of a CFL light, right?

Do you have knowledge of a similar circuit?

You should give more info. I have a remote control kit I use for my barn lights. It's run off 12 volts and controls 12 volts or 120ac. Some of the types of boards can be found here: http://stores.ebay.com/MadeinCHN2005 Hope that helps. ;-)
