what are these plugs/connectors called? theyre on a solar panel i have and id like to get some of them to join to it but i dont know the name of them.

Those are, I believe, called MC connectors. Anybody, correct me if I'm wrong.
I see where a lot of panels have them now. You may be able to order them from the panel manufacturer.

If it was me . . .
I would cut those connectors off and use a different connector, or terminal strips.
