short answer "no"
reason being, the thing runs in a vacuum, and the power generated is probably measured in fractional gnat power.
to scale it up to something useful would place the envelope in the impossible region, as the bulb gets larger the forces
of the air pressure outside go up in a non linear way, at some point the glass would have to be so thick that it would become
impractical. that point would likely be far before you got to even a few watts of power.
it might be interesting to build a small one, driving a tiny alternator and powering some micro mini led? but even that load
would likely be too much.
