Baldor soft start motor control

Baldor soft start motor control. Part # S22. Single Phase 100-250 VAC. I used this on my Delta Unisaw 3HP/240VAC  motor, powered by two Outback inverters. The inverters would not start the 3HP motor. The Baldor controller allows you to adjust the start up current and ramp time. Works great. No box or diagram, can get the diagram from Baldor's website, it's drawing no. S101. I swapped my motor to a 1 1/2 HP. $75 shipped.

Stupid question, is this just a soft start controller or is 3hp motor what you are selling?
