This is what I have been doing lately. This came out out an old Toyota car I used years ago as a hunting buggy.
When the clutch started going out, I parked it down by the lake behind the fish house in the woods. There it
set for +/- 10 years. Few weeks ago I went and cut the motor and other parts out. That's where the radiator
fan motor came from for the 20'' dc PWM / Linear driver. What ever it is. ( Hush Glen )
The motor never ran good because the carburetor was bad. No problem. Don't need it.

Two I beams and some welding later, it's ready to play with. The crab now is a flat plate made to bolt where
the crab was and a 3 inch pipe union, short pipe and ball valves.
For now I use a five gallon jug with a vacuum cleaner hose to supply the vapor. Also on the other end of the jug
I put a one inch hard plastic pipe going down into the gas to make it mix the air to make more vapor.
Gas today does not make much vapor own it's own.
I did build a Geet reactor but the intake pipe to be heated is to small ( 1/2 inch ).
The motor would run but just Idle. What was I thinking when I did that?
I will will replace the 1/2 inch pipe with a 1 inch.

The thing is a front wheel drive. I think I will have to weld one side down so the other side will pull. If I'm wrong let me know.
I would hate break it at this stage.
I made several HHO units. The big one has seven plates + - + - + - +. Plates are around 1 ft by 16 inches.

I will have to rethink this also. I hooked it to the battery while the motor was running and Dang near stalled it.
Pulled to much amps. It did not make enough HHO gas to make up for the power it took to make it. It makes
a lot of gas BUT not enough to do any good.

The small one dose make enough to make a difference. Pulls around 10 amps cold and 18 hot.
It made the motor run much smoother.
So there is hope for HHO on this setup.
I plan to set this up to run on gas vapor mixed with HHO and / or Woodgas.
It is going to be set up stationary in the shed to run a generator.
I now have a full time project. Darn ////The foundry called and fixing to go back to work also.
Having trouble with the subject box strolling up and down while typing. Quit a pain.
