Another use for the Bruce pack

Bruce sent me a few sub c nicd cells to play with.
The 9v batteries in my metal detector cost too much to replace
every couple weeks, so I made up 2-7 cell packs and tie strapped 
to the bottom of my arm rest. I went from 150- 300 mAh to 1300 mAh storage.
 I use a 9v wall wart to recharge. Should last me a month. Now just to
get out and use it.
