Anhui Hummer Wind Turbine - Fraud Specifications

Unfortunately, i bought  500 watt chinese turbines from Anhui Hummer..

i have to tell you that their Technical Parameters are completly fictional..

They claim their 500 watt turbine can produce up to 1000 watt .. But in reality it is not.. Maksimum power i can see was 600 watt with 15 m/sec wind speed.
They claim their noise level is good. But,It is the noisiest turbine in the world.
They claim the design life is 20 years.. But their blades are broken within 2 months. They told me that they change their blade suppliers, so i ordered new blades. But Now their generator is burnt  
company is telling me that, my average wind speed is to high. (it is only 7m/sec yearly) .
i want to sue Anhui Hummer Wind Turbine because of making wind turbines that can not withstand  avarega wind speed of 7 m/sec !!.
is it possible to sue them in China?
are they still in business? i search for wind turbine forums.. There were a lot of problems reported  worldwide...  Does anybody else that cheated like me in this forum..

That may be a common experience, or not.   Thanks for the warning.  Anything I buy from china other than parts, I feel lucky if it even gets here, and even more, delighted if it works.   I never expect much, and know well the phrase, Caveat emptor.

Its hard to find things made in the USA. I read somewhere that Snap-On is building factories in china.

 A new wrinkle has been added to the Made in USA label : Some I've started to notice say Made in USA "from imported materials".

Strange that your username is Hummer wind when you are dissing a company called hummer, Loving the jokes about being made in the USA , what was that speech George Bush made and he had a ton of boxes stacked up with made in the usa written on the side, unfortunatley they had just stuck a load of labels with made in the usa written on the side.
