I got my new motor today! Tested it out with what I have, a drill, a clock with a second hand and a meter.

I was able to duct tape a socket to the 1 3/8" shaft and left a flap at the end of the wrapping.

I hooked the 3 phase ac to the rectifiers and then the meter to positive and negative. I was able to hold the motors voltage at 26 volts with the drill.
Watching the second hand on the clock I counted the flap passing by my finger 60 times in 30 seconds. Looks like a nice motor,
120 rpm for a 24 volt bank.
I could take out a couple car batteries and check for sure but this tells me what kind of blades to start on. I don't have anything to try and see if I can get the rated 70 amps out of it. I have enough experience with these motors and different blade profiles I feel confident I'll come up with a good match.
Woo Hoo!
