We got rid of some equipment at work and I got some HP/Cannon ink jet printer switching power supplies from my church's "garage" sale. People gave us junk to sell. Older inkjet printers were cheaper to buy than buy ink for so they were junked. But if you ever needed to buy HP parts you would also know it was sometimes cheaper to buy a new printer than to replace the power supply, too.
They all put out the rated voltage at least with no load.
I have converted an APC 350ES to a car inverter so I know those can be used off-grid.
