Can you help me with capacitors !

I have tested capacitors with windpower for warming.
I have found a good solution.

I wrote about that;

Now the problem is that I, or not anybody else cant order or find these
TDK capacitors;  part no;  B32340C4052A040

or find them anywhere here in Europe 

Can you help me, if there is some "shops" where we could find these !

Can anybody help to find these and I mean NOW !

We have numerous.. Exmork windgenerators installed and waiting to have capacitors.
Winter is coming and the winds are getting better.. and generators are standing and not warming  

A big online electronic parts shop or other big, or small, electronic part dealer, who has these in stock ?

I have spend a lot of time searching from Google with all the words I know for this, all over the world..

Energy prices are rising here and have raised 50-100% in one year !(Now we pay the stock market and banking players..  )
