Guide wire cable size

In the process of gathering parts and pieces for my install this summer. I have a remote cabin, that I go to once a month. I have picked up an 12 volt Air-X. Im planning on a 60 or 40 foot tilt up tower. My question is what size cable I should use. I know bigger is better, but there is a cost with overkill. Thanks

Schedule 40 pipe. Depending on the height, top 20 feet 1 1/2 inch next 2 inch, next if required 3 inch. The dia.might be off. I would like each section to fit inside the next one, so the middle and bottom could be smaller or larger.

1/4" would be more than enough on a 40' pole.
