solar / micro hydro

Are there any classes / seminars around the northwest MT, WY, ID, ND, SB, Wa, Colorado I would like to go to one this year. I'm in western Montana. I prefer solar this year and hydro next year.  Most off grid people are getting ready for winter and harvesting crops at this time. Just thought i would ask.

check out Solar Energy International (SEI) classes. They had solar, home built wind generators, and micro hydro classes this fall in western Washington. I don't know what their schedule is for next year. They also do classes in colorado. I think they only offer the hydro classes every other year. I've been involved with the hydro classes for th e last 10 years with the class soing some of th einstallation on some of my projects to get some hands on experience. And see what can go wrong in reallity instead of just theory.
