  rotors= 6 1/8" OD 20 pole,(5 1/2"X1/8" magnets)
   wrapped with airbag kevlar and braided fishing line
   casting with fiberglass resin

This project got started from a post by willib
"What Rotor Size do I use"
 Jan 01 2010

  STATOR   (as far as the plan)
   0.021 salvaged wire from old monitors, (degaussing coils)

      one inch by 0.284 hole
    1/4" or 1/8" thick    coils
    Use two in hand 0.021 wire

"a bit of planning is needed to make a nice coil"

 This is why the start wire got me thinking
about how to do it without getting a coil an
extra wire thickness thick?
When bringing the start wire out, Does it have to cross to the side of the winding so the stater is the width of the wire wider than it is supose to be. ???

Anybody ever tried something like this:

Coil Gun Style Coil
  forming a multilayer coil which produces a neat winding.
Once the spiral has been formed the remaining layers can be wound back and forth to complete the coil.

The reason I'm thinking so much about the coil-
using  0.021" wire-
1/8" thick coil you only get 6 wire thickness across each layer
1/4" thick coil you only get 12 wire thickness across each layer
and using two in hand reduces that to 3 and 6

Yes.
It doesn't work as well as it looks like in the fancy drawing though!
It's better to get to step two of that diagram, stop, and instead of re-wrapping the start wire 5 or 6 times, like shown in step 3, just wrap once more, then continue winding the end wire.  When the end wire has wrapped the next layer and come back to the start wire, then wrap the start wire once time again.  Rinse and repeat.
No one believes the theory except the one who developed it. Everyone believes the experiment except the one who ran it.
