Mods to hot water cylinder - links wanted please
« on: March 15, 2013, 09:54:16 AM »
I'm struggling to find any suppliers of bits for hot water cylinders, so perhaps my terminology doesn't help.

I'm looking for a 28mm indirect coil to retro-fit inside a copper hot water cylinder. Is there a special name for this item and who sells them please?

Also... I know there is a special name for this item, but I can't remember what it is :( I want to add a second immersion heater flange, I think these come as a solder fitting and a split flat that sort of folds up to get one part through the hole. Again I need the proper name and a potential supplier please?

Thanks for any help given :)

Just in case no one can help you here, maybe go and ask on ebuild.co.uk where there are likely several people who know the magic UK names!
