just noticed this monster that is going to be tested in scotland. says it is offshore. with blades of the best part of 80 metres long i suspect it could only be used off shore. impressive though. and its a PM design. don't think i will be buying i just yet though.

Here is an article on it.  It has not been assembled yet.  There is a photo of one of the blades at 83.5 Meters!
