Hi Guy's,
I got one of these today as a sample and man for such a small form factor does it pack the goodies. If one is old school and wants to run RetroBSD on it no worries and if one thinks of the ol' TRS-80's and Commordore 64's, MMBasic is those on steriods. Well this small module will do it all.
These units measure 1"x1" and come with a 32 bit pic micro, SDCard and RTCC, 3.7-20V input voltage range and fit a 68 pin plcc socket. One can also SMD mount the board onto their own custom pcb too. For programming one can use the external pins or the "tag-connect" header.
My plan is to make a small carrier board and with some AAA rechargable batteries and a I-button have a portable data logger for temp and humidity with time stamp for my business of bathroom and kitchen resurfacing.
Just think back 10 years and if a guy said a stand alone datalogger would be 1"x1" what would people be saying.......
Regards Bryan
