16 magnets 12 coils how coils connecting ?

Hello
I have a question?
If I had a number of coils like 9 it will be , the fourth with the first and fourth with the seventh and thus collected is 3 phases
The question is if I have 12 Coyle how connectivity for 3 phases ??

Maybe this helps.  Connect leads, assuming in wye (star), most common; A, B, C, terminated together, X, Y, Z are the three phase leads.

I always run all six ends out, that way you can wire it any way you want from the outside, also the three you have going out right now should not be twisted together, they should be separated and terminated apart from each other.
