 ::)  Well who would have thought that would make it popular? Plus Germany taxes the hell out of commercially produced [1/3 of the total bill is taxes  >:(  ]

Contrast that to the bill that just passed in OK to slap a $5/mo. surcharge on people that install their own solar panels.
