Inspection is such a daunting thing, sometimes.  The point is to find damage before it becomes a disaster, but a "successful" inspection means you find damage!

You live in a truly hostile environment.
No one believes the theory except the one who developed it. Everyone believes the experiment except the one who ran it.

@Clockman,

There was a heavy storm over Normandy this morning.
Did your turbines survive well?

Hi mbouwer,

Yes. all my babes are good. I shut them down for the night.

Wasnt that bad, just 165kmh / 100mph.

My wind turbines have been up and flying in hurricane winds before. So instead of one horse on top of the mast. there were 3 horses kicking the merry $#|+e out of each mast. lol

I am more concerend about my 3 PV tarckers, that are 3.4m by 2m each. Although heavyly modified on the actuator metal work thay can still oscillate a fraction.   If winds get really bad i can drop the PV trackers flat, only ever done that once, 10 years ago.

My Mrs always reckons i over engineer everything. hahaha.

Just a shame i can not stop my body degrading.  ???
