Would you consider building a small Dam on this? May be 2 to 5 meter high? I can take care of expense, if you are interested.

Adriaan Kragten:
In my public report KD 598, I describe the use of a small floating water turbine. The title of this report is: "Ideas about the 3-bladed VIRYA-0.65 water turbine with 20° inclined shaft coupled to the generator of the VIRYA-2.68 windmill for 12 V and 24 V battery charging. This report can be copied for free from my website: www.kdwindturbines.nl at the menu KD-reports. This water turbine is meant for rather calm flows so I doubt if it can be used in your wild water river. But it contains some basic calculations which may help you to make the proper calculations for the water turbine of your choice.
