I got conned into the pma thing because of my own ignorance. I know a lot of Hugh Piggott plans can be found online. What would be the easiest one to start with - the most simple version?

Hi johnnym,
I have 3off 3.7m (12 footers) HP design Wind Turbines, been flying them for years.
Hugh does a book, sends it anywhere on this planet, and this book lists 6 of his different sizes, from 1.2m dia to 4.2m diameter.

I thoroughly recommend hughs book. ....... Its a REAL practical hands on book with step by step instructions and contains all the necessary information to make everything.
He also does another New book (& digital version), where he uses ferrite magnets.
