Are you new to wind-power, or new to AutoCAD?
(I have about 15,000 hours CAD experience, mostly in AutoCAD, so don't be afraid to ask)
A file in DXF format that is exported from AutoCAD is all you need for machining parts.
The shop must import the DXF into their CAM software.
Draw the original drawing with the center of the rotor at the 0,0 origin.
If you intend to have machined pockets for each magnet, then ARRAY the pocket shape around the origin.
